• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Plasti-Dip GP

Not everyone can afford rust repair and a paint job, or even the skills and resources to supply the labor themselves. Even Macco I'd charging 300 for their budget paint jobs. This stuff is cheap and easy to apply... And if the results aren't satisfactory, or the look gets boring, peal it away and start over. No harm no foul.

Its like offering welfare though. Once it catches on, people are going to rely on it so much they will not put out any effort.

I think they should drug test welfare recipients... I get drug tested at work , so part of my taxes can pay for their electric bill ... Yikes, of topic... Carry on fine folk

when done correctly, sure.

and they are different. way different. someone is gonna say they're the same thing because they're unaware...

Dip has come a long way and it looks good when done correctly.

What looks bad is the poor choice of colors most people pick and the poor execution of it. That's where it gets its bad rep from

which just so happens to be 85% of the crowd that uses the product.

the flat black will never look good on anything. ever.

agree not flat black hell i cringe every time i see black wheels but that ironman dip job and the nebula red looks pretty damn good.

Nope, it's basically the same thing.

If you're going to do it right. Paint it or nothing. Wrap and dipping are generically the same damn thing, because you can apply and peel off if you dont like it.

Also; from what I have dipped...fading body trim on the Honda...dash pieces in the Cobalt. I've been a fan of it so far.

Would I go as dipping an entire car I cared about? No.

But I wouldn't ever wrap a roof or a car either.

Because it makes it look unmatched and not finished.

:)
