• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

plan on doin a topswap

Found a complete top swap kit for $250 and the guys about 2hrs from me. My blower is prolly gna be up for sale soon if I buy this one.

headers will be part of the build already! what other mods would i need to be able to run a cam reliably?

mods?...depends on how high you want to rev it and what driveabliity you want. I could tell you to get #150 valve springs and get a stage 4 cam...thats sick. Is it right for you? PROBABLY not LOL.

I say XP or S1X...very doable and daily driveable...you need a cam install kit from ZZP...thats the easy part...and the P0300 random misfire code removed from the PCM. I'd get Crow #105's for the valve springs and retainers to go along with them. You'll probably want a new timing chain and dampner while you are in there...or at the very LEAST a new dampner. I'd say with a XP and headers...a start up on a 3.5" should be a cake walk.

if you end up finding a tuner in toledo, let me know. i'm planning on doing the same kinda things on the same time frame, and i'd totally drive two hours to get a good tune

I emailed accelerated performance today and asked if they do tuning. Theyve got a beasty supra they built in house so I know they atleast know what there doing. yes it does drive and has been built for 2 or 3 yrs now.

BUT...you don't use HP Tuners to tune a supra...and these cars don't like tons of boost like 2JZ-GTE's do, so keep that in mind.
