So I came to Walmart go to start the car to leave and the key won't freaking turn. I've tried everything to get it to turn.. It acts like the alarm is going off when the key is out of the ignition the red light on the dash flashes constantly but when I put the key in it stops.. What happened to it anybody know? Did it just lock up?

Fidangle the key in and out and left and right at the same while pushing the plunger dealio under the steering coloum to try and get the tumblr to turn.

Move the wheel back and worth too to make sure it's not locked in place.
 
Sometimes just man handling the steering wheel while turning the key works.

I hop in so many cars at work, alot of people bump the wheel as they leave and it locks the wheel and ignition.
