Pink Brake Light?

So my right brake light shines a little brighter through the lens than the left side. The left brake light is a dark red but the right looks pinkish. I've seen a lot of other cars with this happening especially on elclipse's. It's not only when I'm breaking but it is lighter anytime my lights are on. I just don't know if there is a quick fix or anything that can be done. Thanks for any help.
 


Usually when I see this its because one light is newer than the other. Dim one seems to be a darker color because the light isn't as bright. I would pull both out of the housings and turn the lights on, see if they are the same brightness, if they are... :confused:
 
That's what I was thinking. Maybe switch the bulbs and see if it switches sides. I was thinking aboiut tinting the tails but I don't have the time from school and everything. It sucks lol!
 
Switched the bulbs from left to right assembly today. Still has the same problem. I noticed the connections to the bulb were silver on the right and gold on the left so I'm guessing the guy who had it before me replaced one of the assemblies. I guess I'm just out of luck unless I tint them or something.
 


I am going to replace the assembly that is giving me the trouble. Has anyone purchased brake light assemblies off of ebay? I've seen some for $60 but I am unsure of the quality. What do you guys think?
