Picture of the backside of an L67 in 99 GTP & Coolant Elbow Question

(not sure what other years have the same set-up, my 98 parts car is completely different) I'm putting the MAP sensor bracket, heat shield, and associated stuff back on after doing my VC gaskets and I seem to have forgotten how the stuff goes exactly, lol. Especially the circled part:

both brackets line up with the blower bolts, or they have there own holes they bolt down to on the blower.

what the elbow question?

Oh, oops, thought I typed that. Wondering if I need any sealant on my aluminum elbows before I put them in?

no rtv is needed. why people do that is beyond me.

make sure the holes are all cleaned out well, some 120 sand paper will clean em out good, then oil the o rings on the elbows and slide em in place.
