i can tell you this much, when i was a kid my mom had "her" tools in a kitchen draw. if you took them you had best of had it back before she knew, or there was a wood spoon with my name on it lol

Ya know, I had no idea that motor mounts were filled with oil or w/e is in them on our cars. No clue! WHY did GM do this? I know, I know, it's the $64,000 question...lol. Why do they do a lot of the things that they do? lol I've read about the debates over which is better for replacement, hydraulic or solid, so not sure yet which I should get.

Okay, maybe I need a little clarification here...the hydraulic ones are the ones filled with whatever they're filled with. Solid ones are just that - solid. And poly ones are...?
If you goto AZ and get mounts to verify they are solid you can shake them and if they slosh they are hydraulic I THINK. Vibration shouldnt be a huge problem unless you did poly mounts.
