Customer service represenitives Suck

Thanks to a Chick at pg&e who didnt speak english handling my wife bill concerns OUR power was shut off today ... But all was not lost we were moving anyway into a much nicer house but it wasnt suposed to be for a few weeks.
So we had around 4 hours of light to get what we could and get into the new house and ge situated and it leads to a bs weekend of packing and moving instead of detailing my neglected 86 c30 thats just been sitting in the back yard for 2 months untouched.

Ahh the joys of life
All is not for lost the we own both houses and now i have a big drive way and 2 car garage (first time ive had a real garage for a longggg time

yaya! lol I have no dis-respect to people who live in another country and dont know english...but when I call someone based in the USA I would REALLLY like to beable to understand them! I have actually asked to talk to someone who spoke English once not trying to be mean but I couldnt understand the guy!
 
ive asked ppl at alltel customer service to transfer me to someone who knew how to speak english.
 
yea In the end its all good We just moved earlier then expected but its a pretty messed up situation caused by a miscommunication
We lost around 200 in grocerys and it made moving a beeeotch

sad thing is we have to turn the power back on soon because I have to start a full remodel on that property
My wife was all messed up over it
