Or you could just call in loud music when the kid has a party, that'll teach em. Well, it did for me, first time it was $712 in fines, second time I somehow blew zero's and claimed I didn't live there to get out of aiding and abetting, a 300 dollar fine. The third time I ran in between our garage, jumped up on the neighbor's garage roof and waited 4 hours until they gave up the search for me and other friends who ran. It stopped us from having big parties anymore.

or just put a handicap parking sign and paint up... lol jk
