• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

PCV wtih an IC (Spade and Sin..get in here)

Just a note. The PCV should be shut when the engine is under heavy load (WOT) because there low vacuum. If the throttle body blade is wide open the difference in vacuum pressure before and after the blade is vary small which lets the PCV shut and there is no positive airflow through the crankcase.

ZZP's tiny groove should work because there is not increased flow through the crankcase at WOT, there is less airflow or none.

I have been thinking about this more. I have a couple of ideas.

I would still run a front valve cover on the rear head try one of these PCV valves:

I was thinking I could tap a oil cap and screw this PCV valve into the cap with either an o-ring around the base or some RTV.

Another option would be to tap the oil cap and put a barbed fitting on it with an inline PCV like this one:

With either way of doing it, the line would then run to the catch can. I will have to tap the EVAP port on the Gen V that is currently blocked off and run a hose from the catch can to that fitting.
