PCV issue with IC and Gasket

ok im bout to mount the supercharger over my gen V IC. Theres a passage hole right next to the BBV hole, Does there need to be a hole in the gasket to match this? Sorry if its a dumb question but im not quite sure. heres a few pics to explain what im asking:

Red=the hole im referring to.
Black=area where hole needs to be made for the passage on IC?
