PCM Stopped Working After Running For A Little

I just got done doing my top swap on my 98 gp gt and everything went good started it and ran perfect, couple days later I went to finish my exhaust and went to start it and would not start. I spayed some starting fluid in and fired up but only would stay running if I held the gas down a little, I pulled the gtp pcm and put my gt one back and it fired right up and ran perfect. So I pulled that one back out and put back the gtp and still no start. I have fuel, spark,but i don't think the gtp pcm is firing the injectors. Any ideas?
 


I have to spray some starting fluid in it then it will start but dies after it burns that up.

Ok I unpluged the maf sensor and it started kinda. it would fire but I couldn't keep it going
 
are you disconnecting the battery when you swap out pcm's? if not might wanna try that. I am not sure but I think I remember hearing that when u swap pcm's that if you leave battery connected some of the stuff will stay "loaded" in the car somehow and mess with the new/swapped pcm. Just a thought. GL
