passenger window problem.. LOOK

ok so my driver window works fine.. but passenger isn't wokring at all.. i hooked a tester light to the passenger side switch and i get nothing.. im guessing a short somewhere? if so how would i find this or is it possible to bypass it and run another power wire to the passenger side?
