Passenger side cold. Driver hot?!

Now That I finally got all the leas in my system fixed, I vacuumed it down last Sunday and gassed it up. Well I'm glad to say, my car finally has a/c. But only on the passenger vents....

Let me say that I have a dual climate unit. and it's the manual one.
I can control how hot or cold each side is just like I would expect. But the driver's side never really gets any lower than a TINY bit colder than the outside air temp. I've got a couple of places to go, then I''l take the dash cover off and see if any hoses popped off. But I'm posting this now in case anyone has specific recommendations for me.

double check the levels with a full gauge set, keeping in mind the relative temp/humidity. I've seen this be an actuator, but commonly it's an improper charge level.

You are most likely low on refrigerant.

The evaporator is nearer the passenger side so when it's halfway working, you will get cold air from the pass side and warmer air from the driver side.

I had the EXACT same problem not too long ago. After tearing apart my servos and dash, I confirmed there was nothing wrong with the mixing (to operate dual climate). I added more refrigerant (I was doing a recharge anyway) and the problem is now gone.

I did this over a process of about ~3 charges over 15 minutes. It went from cold pass/warm driver to cold pass/cool driver to cold pass/driver all with the addition of more R134a.

For me, the mixing operation (dual climate) was a total red herring - the problem was entirely low R134a.

If that's the case im gonna check it with a gauge everyday for a few days before I add a charge. r134 is too expensive to keep wasting.
