Parts List for 3.4 Pulley Setup

psi

New member
Looking to go from stock to a 3.4 Pulley setup on my '03 GTP and am getting ready to order the parts.
I already have the following:
-Pacesetter Headers+Downpipe
-ZZP 1.0 PCM
-SLP Airbox and Intake

Looking to buy the following: (need opinions on brands or quality):

-Scan Guage for KR (Best Price for what you get?)
-ZZP 180 Degree Thermostat
-Taylor Cable 8mm Plug Wires
-Autolite Spark Plugs from ZZP
-S/C Oil Change and a Coolant Flush
-Mufflers or Resonators (if needed because of sound)

Anybody with more experience or that has this setup let me know if I should add, change, or remove anything from the list before ordering all this. Thanks.

Scratch the mufflers and scratch the plug wires. Duralast wires work very well and they are cheap. You can get autolites locally.

All I have for exhaust parts is the headers and downpipe, and obviously the complete stock setup. What should I get then without the mufflers? Resonators and cats? I can't go straight back or the small town cops will be all over me on that for noise.

Just ordered the parts I need, besides the pulley setup and puller. I plan to order the pulley setup in the next week or two but want to get all these other parts on first.

So when I order the modular pulley system from zzp and the puller, will I need a different belt so it doesn't slip?

Skip the pace****ter headers and go with Speed Daddys or anything that is stainless steel and not mild steel, those headers will rot out from under the car in no time in Iowa.
Skip the SLP intake, build your own for like $50.
Just get a 180* tstat from your local parts store, thats all the zzp one is anyway.
Same with plugs autolite 104s are like $2 a pop from your local parts store.

Some say you can still use the stock belt, but I would just order a new belt that is meant for the 3.4 pulley.

If you ask around you can usually see if a forum member has a pulley puller you can borrow. I drove to Intense a while back and had a hub installed, they would press on the hub for free there
