Painting A SuperCharger

I want to paint my supercharger to dress up my engine bay a little i was thinking of painting it with VHT bright red caliper paint or should i use engine paint? I know the vht brake caliper paint withstands heat well and i like that shade of red,but who can point me in the right direction? I know some of you guys have detailed engine bay pics please post them if your supercharger has been painted,coated etc Im going to also be painting my valve covers too,probably black with red outling
 


you dont need high temp paint, regardless of anyone that tells you that you do.\
