i was getting bored of my silver scuffed up torque stars so i decided to do something original.... yes i'm kidding.... but i wanted to do it the right way.
So after 17 hours... yes 17 this is what i got.
steps
-clean with dish soap and de greaser
- sand down EVERYTHING with 120 then 250 grit
-wash off rims, let dry , clean with alcohol wipe
-etching primer on both sides of the rims
- sand down each rim for smooth finish
- 2 coats of automotive primer
- sand with 500 grit
- prime again
-2 coats of gloss black
-2 coats of clear
Now i still have to polish them but i think it came out nice!
My wheels were all off so i cleaned up the rotors, calipers, ext and painted them black and red as well.
Sorry i cant wash them yet so it's all a little dirty :th_shakinghead2:
What do you think? :th_thumbsup-wink:
