Paint job?



I called the body shop I use here. They are independent, but do great work. They always have high end sports cars and such there and have a reputation with the gear head crowd. They told me a paint job for something like my 07 GXP would be $5,500 for the same color and a color change would be more.

I am sure there are places that are cheaper and still do good work. There are places that will be very cheap, but you tend to get what you pay for once you get down to a certain price range. Also remember that sometimest he savings is no the quality of their work, but the quality of the paint they use. Paint can vary significantly in price and quality.

if you get a maaco for 500$ it'll turn to **** in a few years
if i'm making money or i care about the car i paint in at home in the garage but i learned from my dad, and it's all about the prep work
