I was looking for some touch up paint for my 98 grand prix. It has a couple small paint chips. I looked at the touch up paints but I don't know what the color is. Where on my car can i find it?
pop the trunk, look on the underside of the trunk lid,
should have a sticker with a code on it, you match the code up in a book at the store, and presto got the right paint colour!
sadly i couldnt do that, my paint code isnt in the book at my local store
There's a paint code tool http://www.automotivetouchup.com that works really well. They also sell the actual paint you'll need for the factory match. Highly recommended.
