Alright well ive located the tag in my trunk that gives the info on the paint color... here is my issue, from what i see my paint code is 817k... the closest to that i can find newhere is like 68was817k which comes up as sport red metalic... if you look at my avatar i find it hard to believe that is sport red metalic... so i was wondering if anyone knew the paint code for that color, or the name for it, or how i should go about finding somewhere that is more precise than ordering it off the internet... and does any one know if they sell "touch up" paint in spray cans or aerosol cans... i have some accenting to do and a rattle can is about the limitations i am at... any help is greatly appreciated...
 


What year is your car?

WA817K (Sport Red Met) Did you see that number on the tag in the trunk?
 
its an 04... in the trunk it just says "BC/CC U 817k"... everywhere on the internet i have searched either says 63wa817k or 68 was817k.. something along those lines.... Im having a hard time finding it anywhere let alone in a rattle can
 
ya i found that as well but my only concern is my car doesnt have the WA in front of the 817k so that worried me a little but listed on that site it also has that same sport metallic red but with a code of 63... which is nowhere on my car... so i don't know... i guess ill just buy a can and hope its not going to screw me over
 


ha it has an explanation in the text on the top of that site... the color looks off to mine but it could just be the screen... thanks for your help flip... what kinda numbers am i looking at for a set of tinted tails and rev lights?
