• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

PA Area

well do you have any ideas for a location? i dont see anyone else trying

Hey, I applaud you for trying to get something together.

But it is going to be tough. You may get a few local people. But overall, people aren't going to travel much. Like I said, just not in my schedule to do something like that. If I am going to go to a meet, it is going to be local to me. And I don't expect that you would come up to here for it.

But don't let this discourage you!

I'm still a mod on here.....but I don't take as many pictures of cars as I use to, my 16-month daughter keeps me busy. I sold my GTP last May and picked up another G8 for myself.

I want to post it up on the central Pa site but i still havent got my email to verify my account..hopefully we can get some more people

How about we tag along for this large Ecotec event at Raystown Lake. This is a pretty central location and would be a great picture location as well.

This meet was organized on yourcobalt.com but has spread to various other cars. Mostly it's all ecotec cars but all are welcomed. Here is the information from other forums. Just thought I'd share.

Aight guys and gals. Its time for our summer meet in PA. This thread started as an idea thread but we got it figured out so i have updated.

I would also like to see members from surrounding areas to attend also, meaning Ohio, West Virgina, Virgina, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, you get the idea.

UPDATES: The meet will be held June 12th-13th 2010

We are going to hold the meet At Raystown Lake. Heres a link Raystown Lake, the heart of Huntingdon County, PA! raystown.org

The Link provided contains driving directions and all needed information.

Also if you know for a FACT you are going to attend PM ME.

*******Last time I looked they had 65 cars signed up already.

Guys, how about Carlisle?????? Carlisle Events All-GM Nationals. Experience The Cars. The People. The Excitement.

What are the ecotec boys going to do for a whole weekend? Anything planned?? I don't like the idea of hanging out with some teenagers for a weekend without any type of organized activities. They will wind up street racing and talking **** at the local watering holes.

I would love to do carlise again this year, but after last years sorry ass GP turnout I am looking for something that people are going to show up to. As for the events at the Raystown Ecotec thing, I am not positive. That meet is starting around some other sites and I think it will end up like one of the TriState Tuners massive meets.

Speaking of that they have a monster one scheduled for April 15th in Mongantown WV and they have hundred of all types of car show up at that one.
