Anyone else do these?

Just did my first video for PT this morning.

I think they are AWESOME.. IDK I might be nuts but I think they are fun. :th_thumbsup-wink:
 


I did it for a bit, its good to get cut, but the summer I tried it I was more trying to put on weight so I didnt keep at it.

Good luck though, alot of ppl give up after a week or two.
 
Its sweeping the nation haha. I know a lot of people that started it but the longest I've seen anyone go is a month, but a friend of mine says she knows someone who did the whole 90 days and they were noticeably more ripped.
 
Me and my girlfriend do it and it's hard to stay motivated especially with her. The plyometrics section is absolute hell. Other than that It sure tests you physical ability. I would bet $100 the majority of people can't even finish 15 min ab rippers x with good form and stay consistent with the video. It least I can't.
 


lol...i've got them and they are great...everyonce in a while i'll put one in but i'd rather lift weights than sweat my ass off for an hour like that...if ur trying to get lean and toned though that is def. the way to go...and yeah i did it for a month and lost too much weight when i was trying to gain it so i stopped doing it!! its a great workout though...especially the ab ripper!!!

HAHA its funny you say that. We did plyometrics and the ab ripper today. Plyometrics can suck on my dick... I am not doing the 90 day program. The weather sucked for PT this morning so we did plyometrics inside.
 
Yeah that frog walk bull**** had me on the edge, I was sore for like 3 days afterwords. I like ab ripper x though. It's sucks when you have damn chicken legs and never do legs. Oh well you gotta do it.
 
Just started 3 days ago, Ive been lifting for 3 years or so but wanted something different because I was getting bored of doing my same routine... The first day I almost puked but day 2 and 3 were much better! Definatly looking foward to my end results! My friend did it or two 90 day periods and lost 20lbs and get really ripped!
