P1516 after tune

Anyone have any experience with this CEL? I own an 08' GXP, just bought an overkill tune and I've been throwing this code. I had it reset by doing an idle relearn but it comes back when I go WOT. GM said the actual vs predicted positions were off by 13% at WOT before they did the idle relearn.

Here is the info I pulled on this code:
"The commanded throttle position, based on accelerator pedal position and possibly other limiting factors, is compared to the Actual throttle position. The 2 values should be within a calibrated range of each other. Both the PCM and the TAC module redundantly monitor the Commanded and Actual throttle position. This DTC sets if the TAC module detects the problem."

Have you talked to will at overkill? That should be the first step. If the PCM is tuned and there is another computer checking the tps lime it sounds then a tune would throw a code like that... Sounds like that dtc just needs deactivated.

Yeah the OE ECM,TCM are on their way back to Will, I'm just kind of wondering if after it gets fixed if I will noticed any performance increase. As it is now the code has been intermittent and as long as I don't go WOT (what fun is that) then the P1516 won't throw. I haven't noticed much for power increase wondering if this could have something to do with it or if I really shouldn't expect much out of a tune. I'm sending Will the HPT log I pulled maybe he can kind of refine the tune based on that info, I'm guessing if it has bad TPS readings the other stuff may be thrown out of whack too and shouldn't be used at all.

my guess is even without a code if the PCM has a discrepancy with the TPS that it would cause a limp mode condition... not sure but just a feeling here. deff with the log im sure Will can go more aggressive with the tune if you ask. a tune should really wake up a stock car. it deff should be something you feel.
