p0717 and p0716 any advice

If you dont know what these codes stand for they are P0717 Input Speed Sensor Low Input and p0716 input turbine sensor parameters out of range. If anyone has advice it would be much appreciated. The car does not show any signs of problems. I had these codes come up last summer but cleared them I checked my dtc the today and saw they came back but not sure how long they have been on there.
 


The input relates to the sensor buried inside the trans. I don't see the issue being the vehicle speed sensor located on the tailshaft, only because of too much experience and reading up on ISS codes. Since you were able to clear it before..I'd check the wiring going from pcm to trans
