P0641 and arcing coil packs

I have an 06 gxp that just barely starts-runs. It goes too reduced power, no stability or traction control, low oil pressure with engine code p0641..the battery was bad so i replaced it but onced started you can hear and see the front coils arcing. It still flashes all the codes and warnings. Anyone have any ideas on the matter?

Well, if you see arching at the coils then I'd lean towards bad plug wires or a cracked coil. Also be sure that the battery cables are clean and tight as these cars are sensitive to bad/missing grounds. Will cause all kinds of strange things.
