So I just got this EVAP vent circuit control code but am having no issues with the car. I'm not tring to spend 200$ on a dealer part to fix this but doesn't this mean that it could just be clogged and needs to be cleaned out? Where should i start first?....

I just replaced my vent valve with a new one from RockAuto, however you may be able to get by with just a cleaning. They tend to get filled with dirt and dust, there is a small foam filter inside that can get plugged up with dirt.

I'm still NA for the time being. Is the vent valve directly behind the UIM or is it in the drive side fender?

Ight well I got monday off so ill try n see if I can figure it out then and update. So to be clear then its back under on the back side of my rear quarter panel? I can access it from underneath the trunk area or can I get to it from the trunk?

So I know I was supposed to update, but I've been busy trin to prep all my body parts for the conversion to paint. Anyways its been a bit since I cleared the code and it hasn't come back yet so maybe I'm good? I never did get around to cleaning the vent valve yet but will do so soon. Good bye ugly old SE, HELLO custom JOB

It's can 2-300 miles for it set the code again. You might get lucky though and it might not come back for a few months.

Yea I mean I figured I prob wasn't in the clear completely, but I figured I was good enough for now to focus on something else. I'm trin to do like 50 different things on this car at the same time and with a limited budget now and my crazy work schedule as of lately I try n focus as much time as I can finishing the car
