Likely PCV. That's a pretty bad vacuum leak.
Most of the time a whistling on these cars is a leak from the crankcase to the intake. I say a leak instead of PCV, because one day.. someone showed us that a LIM bolt inside of the NA motor can be left out and it'll do the same. Guy bought the car that way.
