P0102 problems

so my car thrw the P0102 code for the MAF. This happened once before about 7 months ago, and I had to get a new MAF sensor. So i figured it was the same thing this time, I called up morad, got an MAF for 65 bucks, popped it in and its still doing the same thing. SES light is on, and sometimes when its idleing in park it will go from about 1300 down to 500 over and over. And it seems to have a pretty rough idle. So now that I wasted 65 bucks on a new MAF sensor does anyone have any ideas??

Edit: I also found out that it is blowing the MAF fuse (#21), and I replace it and it just does it again.

why would it throw a P0102 MAF code though if its the IAC? thats the thing

i checked the fuse for the MAF..it was blown. so i replaced it. and it blew again. is it a short?

yea only thing is i cant seem to find one.. nothing looks abnormal

replaced the sensor already and its still blowing them. isnt there like 3 things that run off that fuse?
