P0102 code help!!

I just got the SES light on recently and I scanned it. It comes up as P0102 and ive read if you change the MAF it will go away. So thats what I did. It cleared and didnt come back on for 2 days, then driving on the highway... SES!! can someone please tell me what i should do?:(
 


Sounds like you may need a new MAF sensor. Also make sure all the wires are in tact.
