As for those that are not aware Overkill Will of Overkill Motor sports has now relocated from Toronto to Nanaimo BC, he has advised me that he would be willing to do some in car tuning either this fall or spring on the lower mainland if we get get a sense of commitment from those who are definitely ready to commit we can share the costs of having him here, please advise of you intent.

Jim.

True story. Not much power if any to be gained. Unless you want to change up trans settings, but canned tunes are good enough for that.

The man knows what he's doing, and an in car only makes for a better tune. Canned tunes are fine but he can optimize you setup or even a stock GP, and many other models.

You guys really like using the most generic words you can dream up here... "quality tune" "better tune" "optimize". .. lets get specific here oh tuning gurus... why keep all these secrets?

Well of course I'm going to use generic terms like "quality tune" because I don't know if your vocabulary consists of three thousand words or fifteen thousand words so I decided to keep it basic. Yes an in-car tune in general is considered the best but there are certain variables that you need to account for such as a hack in-car tuner because there is some out there. Will's canned tunes are in fact QUALITY due to a number of reasons and some are listed below.

1. He did his research thoroughly by working with vendors and has hands on expirience with many customers
2. He's made a name for himself and is the most trusted canned tuner due to reliability
3. His canned tunes are clearly better than some hack in-car tuners

If you don't have a wideband to get dialed in at the time then its pointless anyway.

Will's in car tune includes him bringing his wide band, tail pipe sniffer. Hence why his in car tunes are so much better then his canned tunes, which are probably the best for GP's.

Hopefully "better" is a small enough word to be used.

Trackin, however the tailpipe, even for lab grade widebands will not be to the accuracy they should be at the tailpipe.

Got a in-car from overkill years ago for my n/a. tuned for 91 octane mods at the time was hv3 intake and 2.5" downpipe . It turned the car into a totally different car.

Your old neighbour ken had his done before a road trip and loved the drive to nickeraugua falls. He can really wake up a GP and an LS engine and many more. If I recall he's not doing much for the Ford community.

This is no different than your vague descriptions of your "answers" in every other thread.
It's bull**** posts like this that I'm really tired of seeing from you.
