overkill pcm

Like someone else already said I think it's more of his hobby not his business.

Don't most businesses have a phone number or various phone numbers to reach them?:(
 


I got mine and I love it but I have the Case learn Problem and my Aeroforce Case learn either does not work or there is someting wrong with the PCM. But the car runs a lot better now and I feel a huge differance.
 
Did you give him the correct VIN?

And he had a number but he moved recently so I'm not sure if the same number still applies.
 


I ordered a PCM from Overkill last friday, one week ago, sent him an email 3 days ago and got a reply yesterday, 2 days later. He told me he was finishing up a bunch of tunes yesterday and was shipping them out today. I wouldn't say waiting a week for him to sent it is by any means a long time. I am very happy with him so far.
 
I know how emailing him is, its very hit and miss to say the least. I wish he would devote a lil more time to tuning because he has a good thing going for him thats going sour because of his "customer service" I guess you could call it. I figured he'd be more likely to email me back if I ordered one from him and it seemed to work lol. Either way we'll see how it goes.
 
Ya I talked to him thro paypal and I feel like a a$$ hole emailing him this much but there's no answer I hope one of them tunes are mine he sent out lol . I herd he is the best and I want to trying it out I got 15 people waiting to see if they like mine to buy one from overkill. I'm not going to rush the dude he seems cool and he's probly going through a rough time .
 



I ordered mine last friday and it's been shipped out today just like he said, i have talked to him before about future modding and he replies right back quickly even after telling him i dont plan on buying anything from him anytime soon, soo that's good customer service. You gotta give the guy a break somone in the family died wtf people have some respect.
 
ok I understand every one has rough times and so on but I tried contacting him for over a 5 month period and many others have had the same issues That doesnt equal GOOD customer service
 
yea, but at the same time i have talked to him about countless things, his products, others products, parts, what not i have had no problems talking to him.


he claimed at one point in time he was not reciving all the emails people were sending him.

maybe he just dont like you :p
 


he said he shipped my pcm out last tuesday.. its almost thursday now and still havent received it, i live 40 minutes from him... so i dont know whats going on?
