Overboard with Maintenance?

I have a 2008 Grand Prix Base 3.8L with about 99, XXX miles. Since 30k miles, I've completed routine engine oil changes, 2 transmission fluid and filter changes, air filter changes, MAF and throttle body cleaning, plugs, wires, front pads and rotors, and a few other misc items. The car runs like a champ and has no mechanical issues to my knowledge (other than a local mechanic saying I have some play in the water pump pulley - but not in need of immediate replacement).

This spring I would like to tackle some less frequent but general maintenance items; I'd like to prevent any of them from becoming a surprise/problem. I've done a fair amount of research and have some items in my Rockauto shopping cart to be installed this spring. I would like some input on whether I'm going overboard (since none of these are issues at the moment) or if I've missed a crucial maintenance item.

I'm also having trouble deciding if I should install all new struts and suspension linkages all the way around. At 100k I would think I'm due but I am not getting any noticeable bouncing on the road or if I bounce test each corner while stopped. Also, our family mechanic told me struts can go much longer than 100k depending on driving habits/conditions.

I am looking for opinions and suggestions based on personal experience. Thanks in advance!

belt, t stat, elbows, water pump and mounts ok. maybe add new hoses.

if the tensioner is not bad, change its pulley, 20 bucks vs 80. theres some marks on the body and the arm of the tesioner check it out.

I still have my stock water pump and tensioner at 172k. The pump has a wee bit of play and seeps coolant depending on what kind of mood it is in but never has given me any issues. As far as suspension goes my stock front struts are in my car and somehow are in good shape still. Never been replaced and it rides great. Same thing with all of my rear links. Rear shocks had a run in with a girl driving a civic.
