I'm not saying you're a liar or anything, but I just find it hard to believe that a cop would hit you that hard for no reason. ESPECIALLY that last one.........we have a code similar in the city, and we use it usually when someone tells us they don't have ID b/c they think they will get out of a ticket, then when they are about to get arrested, they find it miraculously.

You're not a young kid, you're older than I am. So this leads me to believe there's another side of this story....
 
So my case is finally over with. After going to court the first time I was found guilty of all charges except the failure to display my Lic(only thing I was really guilty of). I was ordered to take a driver coarse and come back and the judge would give me a probation before judgement. So I take the class come back and the same judge had moved to circuit court, so I had to see a new judge. This new judge hits me with the book and all the points.....So I appeal Well today I just got out of court.With my awesome lawyers and my prayers to god answered my ruling was ----Nolle Prosequi on all charges. Cop didnt show and the states attorney was in a good mood and didnt do a continuance. So it took about a year- two driver class's(one was mandatory after I got my 8 points by the MVA) around 4K in costs and alot time off of work. Hope to god you never get hit with this charge.....

I got hit with a C&I, lost it on some ice going about 20~, yay FWD when the tail completely kicks out...back half of the car slid D1GP style around the tight corner and I came around the with a 45* awesome sidewaysness. Guess who was sitting on the other side of the corner drinking his coffee?

Yup, cop at 7:3x in the morning the day after xmas.

Love it.

Took me a driving class and cost me about a grand to have it knocked down.

Sucked.
