Opinions on possible GTP purchase

The hood is an easy fix, you just have to adjust the arms and latch. It takes some time, but isn't hard by any means. It probably put a bend in the fender since it doesn't close right.

The rocker is probably sticking out due to rust. Did you check the strut mounts?

It sounds like it needs a fair amount of work, I would pass on it unless they are willing to let it go for $1500.

Yeah i agree... i bought mine for 5k with 90k miles... that one is like 40k miles more and with minor problems. not worth it
 


From my experiences stay away from cars that are at those "buy here, pay here"car credit, kind of places. That's a decent price if the car wouldn't have been in an accident and STILL have cosmetic/body issues.
 
Well a little update. My work got a black monte SS 04 fully loaded NA 3800. He might buy it. 6k price 95k miles 1 owner from elderly lady locally owned. This old couple bought it new, serviced monthly and seems like a nice buy. The price though.....n it's NA
