opinions before TL race

So my brother has an 03 acura tl type-s completely stock. I was surprised when i looked up the specs being it has 260hp and only 235 tq and still managesa 6.5 sec 0-60, the lowest I could get in my 01 gtp was about 6.7 secs. he is always running his mouth, my cars the s-type, 260hp, blah blah blah. how do you think i would fair against him i have an 01 gtp with a 3" catted dp u-bend delete, cai, plog, 180 tstat, al 605s do you think I would take him, I wanted to get opinions before I race him, i want to make sure if we race that I will win. also i just recieved my overkill pcm and 3.5 pulley that will be going in on thursday, i assume that the pulley and pcm will close the deal for me.
 


You should beat him my brother bought one new in 03 and I can tell you that it does not do 0-60 in 6.5 maybe in 6.8-7.0. You should beat him, but if you don't his tranny will break soon my brother's blew 3 times under the warrenty before he sold it and got a GTP.
 
There is something seriously flawed that you trade a car for a GTP because you're seeking transmission reliability. LOL Stock they are great but once you start modifing you find our trans is our weak link.

He traded it because the tranny broke 3 times in 2 years and his car was not modded so he bought an 05 GTP Comp G which was great to him for the 2 years he had before he sold it and got a 06 Goat.
