Got the car completed late last nite. =] Then I started it & it won't start. It just keeps turning over & over. It's got gas. The battery is charged. It's as if it's not getting spark. I'm positive everything on the harness is plugged in. Any ideas or suggestions on how to find the problem?

Pull a plug and make sure you are getting spark. And when it is out, make sure the plugs are wet with fuel to know the injectors are firing.

check the ICM connection, if it's loose..you may not have spark. If you unhooked the pcm, double check that. Then either pull a plug or check for fuel injector pluse
 
The issue was a bad TPS and a frayed wire had grounded itself. Problem solved and car runs great now =]
