One power window out

'03 GTP, 135K, front passenger side window stopped working suddenly. Neither the driver's side nor the p.s. switches make it work. No sound at all when I try the switches.

Can someone help me with a diagnostic process? Assume I know very little, and please, if you describe a tool (especially electrical) I really appreciate your being very specific. If we get into schematics I'm in over my head and it's off to the shop.

Thanks

sounds like the power window motor went bad, you'll need a new pass side window regulator, its the whole assembly, window track and motor, not as hard as you may think to replace.

Sounds about right to me. Just dont drop the glass once the old regulator is bad. And sounds like you have a four door.... Make sure u get the right regulator!!!

Thanks, guys! I have ordered the whole assembly with motor AND the suction-cup holder gadget from Rock Auto. I have a Haynes, but I might come looking for instructions/tips on the install. I'm fine once I get into the door - I really hate pulling apart the trim and all - this interior is near mint and I always feel like I'm going to break something. And yes, it's a 4-dr. And I ordered what they called DORMAN Part # 741646 {#10315137}
Front Right; Power Window Regulator w/Motor; 4-Door

Front right - feels like they mean Passenger Side - you think I'm right or wrong?

front right sounds good to me.

you may want to invest in one them trim clip removal tools, you can use a small pry bar for finish carpentry, they are about 4 inches long, but the right tool has a nice notch cut in it so find the fastener put the cut out around the faster and pop it out.
