one last air condition question

I removed my air door actuator and now both sides of the car are blowing cold, however the drivers side is still significantly weaker than passenger side (this is without an actuator installed period). Before I spend 140 on a new actuator does this sound like the problem?

Nope, it sounds like you are low on refrigerant.

weaker as in..weaker air flow or weaker temp?

Weaker air flow. The air is cold now on both sides, but the drivers side is barely coming out, however the passenger side is blowing nice and hard.
