on initial start up car barley starts up and rpm's are low.

when i start my car the rpms are really low around 400 and then bounces up a little bit until around 700. i think its my idle air controller that is acting up but im not sure because it only does it sometimes.

clean the iac and tb..and get some maf cleaner while you're at it

ive already cleaned the iac when i did an induction cleand and i havent even looked inside the throttle body.
