I plugged my code reader in and it didn't work. Hum, so I plugged the code reader into my buddys 02 Impala and it worked fine. It's been about a year since Ive plugged my car into the reader, but it worked then. Any suggestions? I have checked all the fuses and disconnected the battery and checked wiring connections on the back of the diag. port and on the computer. I'm stumped. The reader doesn't light up or do anything. Thanks, Lance.
 


cigarette lighter fuse. I drove myself crazy trying to figure out why my laptop wouldn't connect to my car.
 
good call...have a friend with a blazer and it said couldnt connect due to no power so this was probebly his problem too...gonna call him now...u guys r so smart lol
