Thats the difference between GT's and Comp G's, the better shocks and different swaybars. Not even comparing it to the 97-03 models.Given that the comp G has better handling then standard 97-03 models id stick with your current comp g setup, no reason to change.
19.19 is the exact size but 19mm and 20mm will both work for the front, if i were you id get energy suspension bushings they have a grease fitting already installed, plus the polyurethane wont rot like rubber ones do.Exactly I am not changing out the sway bars. I just need new bushings as mine are shot. I can only find the Rear Bushings on but not the fronts.
The only rear bushings compatible with my car are these that I can find are these.

Now out of the three Moog bushings I listed which size if good for the front? If they are not compatible at all which bushings do you know of that I can buy for the front FE3 sway bar?
this.if i were you id get energy suspension bushings they have a grease fitting already installed, plus the polyurethane wont rot like rubber ones do.
PN for 19mm=9.5156
PN for 20.5=9.5157
It's GM... Energy suspension bushings are baller, they'll outlast anything oem/moog and aren't that much more.Everything is OEM.
