• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Oil Pressure Sensor

It's the sender for a 2005 Vette. I bought the Delco ones because I didn't trust the aftermarket stuff they sell.

I went ahead and purchased the sensor and the harness connector. Do you guys know the pinout of the connector? I want to make sure its hooked up to my aeroforce correctly.

I got your PM before I saw this.

I havent hooked mine up yet or even pulled them out of the box they came in. Sorry, it's not time to install mine yet. I need the engine built first :)

I am curious if that sender might work with my full sweep autometer Cobalt gauge? The sender looks different than the Autometer's full sweet sender unit, but the connection and wiring diagram look almost exact. And the price for both is almost $50 bucks less. :th_scratchhead:

What do you guys think about me tapping into the EGR for the 5 volt reference?

5 volt reference is Grey wire Pin D (3.8 N/A and Supercharged)
PCM sensor Ground Brown Pin B (3.8 N/A and Supercharged)

Does anyone know of an adapter where I can still utilize the stock idiot light as well as my oil pressure sending unit. I would hate to be scanning other PIDS with my aeroforce and then run low on oil pressure and not realize until its to late. What PSI does the stock oil light come on (I think its 5 psi or so)?

Just for a heads up, the corvette oil pressure sender is a bigger thread size than our stock one. I'm going to autozone/napa/ace hardware and will try to find an adapter that works.
