oil pan gasket replacement

ot a 99 gp supercharged. What is the easiest way to replace the oil pan gasket. I don't have a lift bur I do havean engine hoist
 


Engine hoist will work. Just remove the engine and trans mount and pull it up. Might have to remove the oil level sensor in the front of the pan so it doesn't catch on the pickup tube. I know I had to on my 00 GT.
