Oil Information / Changing

I have a 2006 Grand Prix GT S/C with 110,000kms on, and the oil in the transmission is dark.

The car doesn't slip, there is no transmissoin noise, and shifts on on time, and how they should feel

The question is: This car may not of ever had a transmission oil and filter change done in its life. I have been told differnt things on what do do

Change it now, do a pan drop + filter change, but it could start slipping

Don't change it, but I would assume at about 140,000km i would start having problems

Flush the transmission and hope for the best?

Ideas?

Should I use dextron 6? Or is there other oils that would be better

Just do a pan drop, change the filter and refill with Dexron 6.
Don't flush the transmission you might have problems if you do.

I've dropped my pan at 85k miles and changed the filter. Then at 125K miles i flushed the system and changed the filter again. Still no problems. Tranny seems fine. It's your car make the decision for yourself.

i dropped my pan and changed filter and fluid with amsoil at 120k
