I just noticed that my oil cap said 10W- 30. And I've been using 5w- 30 that's not going to hurt anything until my next oil change right?

I'm pretty sure GM now recommends 5w-30 in all of their vehicles

I always used 5w-30, or 10w-30 if it was cheaper in the summer. That and on all my three engines.
