So lately I've been looking at getting a truck or suv. My mom drives a jeep cherokee limited that's a 2003. She offered me her car for free since she is getting a new one (possibly a srt8!) She bought my gt for me and she just now is letting me sell it since its technically her car. So I don't know what to do. I love her jeep its white with black leather all the options you can think of and about 89k miles. I think I want to take her jeep cause **** its a car for free but should I keep the gp and store it somewhere or bite the bullet and sell it for less then what I feel its worth because honestly I don't think id ever get what I want for it.

Also what do you think the value of my car is with 113k miles?
 


id say keep it for the summer. maybe a project car? or itd be worth about 4000 to 5000

id take the jeep if u can.
 
hell, i'd keep it. have you sold a car before? i miss my old truck, so much that i bought another one. plus it's always good to have two, especially if they're paid off. and with you being that poor college kid, you'll start feeling the gas in the jeep lol.
 
Some would kill to be in your shoes. If it were me, I would take the jeep and make it a really nice DD. Then you'll have alot more freedom and time to get serious with the GP.
 
Since you are getting the jeep for free, there really is no reason whatsoever to sell your grand prix that owes you nothing either!! have your cake and eat it too, what a nice mom!!!:th_peaceout:
 
Ha im probably keeping the gp too. Gonna maybe throw a cam in it if I get the money.. Were gonna store it at my cousins or a unit that I could work on it in.

The jeep will be my nice daily regardless. Just don't what to do with the gp just yet.

Both cars are paid off and were basically bought cash so never paid payments and I'm really not that poor just seems like it sometimes lol
 


man, i was told once you don't know what poor is until you go to college. the end of second semester came and i put my last 20 bucks into the gas tank to get home. had to work the next 6 days, sold my xbox for gas money lol
