• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Oh $#!+

It's cool I'm new to modding so any input helps. I was tying to keep KR down I have a aeroforce scan gauge and seen the KR jump around a little

If you haven't read it already, read this http://www.grandprixforums.net/safely-modding-your-3800-a-67580.html... twice
then bookmark it so you can get back to it.

Truthfully, every factory car will knock a little. Usually blips of 2-3 on average, not enough to cause problems because most people don't beat the piss out of the car 24/7. As long as you run 91+ it will be fine. To get the KR gone, you really need the flow mods and a tune, even on a stock pulley you can tune it out and make the car run better.

book mark it? print it out, its good reading material while on the crapper. some of us have our brightest moments on the bowl lol

The only time I saw a 3800 light up due to oil was when my buddy changed the oil on his impala. Oil splashed onto the header wrap and when he shut the car off after he got home it stated hissing and sounding like a jet taking off then just smoke everywhere...

Moral of that story, always keep a fire extinguisher in the garage..lol

Ok I took the quick disconnect fuel lines off, first off i think the return line is 3/8 & delivery line is 1/2 becuase i bought a tool that was 5/16 at one end & 3/8 at the other end an the 3/8 worked for the return line and did not work for the delivery line I had to use a flathead. somebody on a forum said return line is 5/16 & delivery was 3/8. I found dorman's fuel line quick disconnect connectors. Does anyone know the right sizes at both ends?

that tool that does 2 sizes per tool, well they suck and dont work well at all. i picked up a set of quick disconnect tools, its 4 sizes, spring loaded and each are a different color. these work well.

these suck bad
