As for the car sounding raspy you probably don't have a resonator the pcm would not cause this.
As for your studder, maybe a small tuneup, seafoam good plugs/wires would help that.

Honestly imma do the spark plugs and seafoam the oil for the next 500 miles( and then change it).

As to the gay hood scoops... they unfortunately are a part of the paint job... as in the ghost flames go on top of the hood scoops...
 
Firstly Get Rid of the HAT! and get a real one :th_jester:

Firstly get a tune so you don't blow up your engine!
then...

1) Get better Pics of these ghost flames, I can't see them in any pics

2) get a proper hood and repaint flames onto new hood

3) tint tails

4) SLP Spoiler

5) lower

Welcome mayne! When you tint the tails, do some research on prep work required and what not so they don't come out looking dull and gross looking!

Haha i agree with all you said. but aint got money for a proper hood or an slp spoiler. i would love to lower it but coilovers are expensive -____-. and i only started my job two weeks ago. as for tune... im going to get :

PCM for Grand Prix GTP v1.0: 3800 Performance

Again this is all based on how much i get. got to pay insurance, a ticket, and gas with first paycheck(aka tomorrow ;D)
