Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

OEM S/C pulley bent

I pulled my OEM pulley with the ZZP puller, as I remember it came off with relatively little force, no bending. I'll send you mine free if you pay shipping.

The one ZZP is sending is supposed to be checked before they send. I'm going to put it on an arbor on a lathe and verify, though, before I install it. I don't want to go through all this again. This is assuming it arrives at some point. I placed the order on 9-23 and got an email saying it shipped on 9-23, but the tracking information says it's "shipping label created" and no further updates with today at 9-27.

If I don't see any progress by Monday, I might take you up on this. Thank you.

I'm over half way to a modular pulley at this point, buying one that was bent and now this one from ZZP. The modular from Intense would have arrived the next day. ...Hindsight.

The pulley from ZZP arrived in Saturday's mail. Strange - the tracking information hadn't been updated at all and said it was still at the shipping label created stage.

Anyhow, the pulley was checked to verify it was straight, on the same arbor as the other one. The face was out about .001", so I consider that pretty straight, compared to the other part I bought that I mentioned in an earlier post.

Last post on this subject. The installing portion is pretty nice, too. It works perfectly. The only part I was nervous about was that I wasn't totally sure when I would bottom out on the shaft, so I removed the installer about half a dozen times to check it, just to be sure I wasn't bottomed out and still turning the nut.
