Odd intermittant electrical problems

2002 GTP has started having strange electrical issues. Sometimes the windshield wipers work, sometimes they don't. Just lately my brake lights only work if the left turn indicator is on. No idea where to begin on that one!
 


I believe both of those have wiring goin through the turn signal switch/ multi function switch. not too awful bad to replace. IIRC, one bolt was weird to get to but there's videos on the YT
