Odd cooling system trouble

Ok. New here so hey everyone. I’ve been searching the threads for this one and can’t find anything close enough. I have an 07 3800 Grand Prix. The fans won’t come on when The engine is hot. I am able to command them with my scanner and they work fine but when the car gets hot they won’t come on and also the gauge stays low even when the data stream reads the ECT reads 210° plus. Everything else seems to check out. Relays and fuses are good and ETC sensor check out with multi meter. ANY IDEAS??
 


Have you tried disconnecting the ETC sensor and see if the fans run on high? Also, turn on the A/C and see if the fans come on.
 
I did both as i was rechecking the resistance on the ect. Actually found they do come on consistently at 220. I sort of remember seeing that somewhere in the literature but can’t find it again. Hoping for the best now. Gonna change the cluster anyway cause the gauge is out. Thx for the reply.
